Magandang araw sa’yo, Ama.

Kamusta na po kayo? 

Ang ganda din po pala sa mga siyudad! May iba’t ibang kulay at hugis ng pinagmumulan ng liwanag. Maski sa oras ng pamumuno ni Mayari ay tila tanghaling tapat pa rin. Iba ang klase ng mga tahanan at puno ng mga tao ang mga daan ngunit hindi parin mawari sa aking isipan ang konsepto ng permananteng pamamalagi dito. Walang kapantay ang lilim ng mga puno, ang liwanag ng alitaptap, ang halimuyak ng sandamakmak na halaman at bulaklak, ang nakakapanatag na tinig ng daloy ng ilog, at ang hindi nakakasawang huni ng mga ibon. 

Limang taon na siguro ang lumipas simula noong pinayagan niyo akong maglakbay. Dalawampu naman simula noong una niyo akong natagpuan sa paanan ng isang bundok. Lubos pa rin po ang aking pasasalamat sa pagkupkop niyo sa akin. Hindi ko man alam ang aking tunay na mga magulang, hindi niyo pinadama kailanman na hindi niyo ako anak. Kahit makilala ko pa sila bukas o sa makalawa, kayo pa rin ang una kong magulang at ang tres Marias at mga diwata, aking pamilya. Ang nais ko lamang ay maranasan rin minsan ang buhay tao.

Tapos na ang aking paglalakbay. Maibabalik ko na po ang pinahiram niyong kapangyarihan, ang bulong sa hangin. Nayo’y pinagmamasdan ko pa ang pagsikat ng araw. Dala ang ilang gamit na para sa ikagagalak niyo, pabalik na ako, amang Bago.
