About the Scholarship

Athletes that are part of the National Level, Regional Level, and University Level are given financial assistance by the Isabela State University.

Cash Incentives are as follows:

National Level - Php1,500
Regional Level - Php1,500
University Level - Php1,500

Note: Regardless of the number of scholarships being enjoyed, a student, can still be awarded the cash incentive accrued to the merit scholarship.

  • Accomplished Contract Form (Available to OSAS Office)
  • Certification of Grades from Registrar (NO FAILING or INCOMPLETE GRADE)
  • Photocopy of School Assessment of Fees
  • Photocopy of School I.D. (back to back) with Signature above printed name
  • Carry a minimum academic load of 15 units in the preceding semester
  • Certification from the Campus Sports Director that the applicant is an Athlete
  • Photocopy of ATM Card (LANDBANK ONLY)
