Eligibility

A weighted average of 1.75 or higher.
Have no grades lower than 2.0 in any subject.
No dropped subjects.
Should not have been subjected to any disciplinary action by the Office of Student affairs at the time of availment of the program.

Application form
Certification of Good Moral Character from two teachers.
Should render 35 hours of service within the semester (to be assigned by the HonSoc adviser).
