Eligibility Requirements
• Copy of grades; No failing grade
• Certificate of Good Moral/No disciplinary record
• Scholarship Application Form with sample work/certification from CAG adviser
• Panel interview with the Committee + Adviser
• Output/Attendance commitment per semester (to maintain)
• Output commitment to Pharos publication
• Output commitment to Marketing
