S/He should possess the following qualifications:

Preferably between 25 to 40 years old.
Completed a Bachelor’s Degree
For those who intend to take a Master of Science in Social Work, they should have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Social Work.
With at least two years experience working with development organizations and/or institutions. This work experience should be reflected in the ASI Form 6-Application for Admission WORK EXPERIENCE (Start with the most recent experience).
The employer should give an employment certificate of the services rendered in the organization or institution.
In good health and condition.

Endorsement/recommendation by a sponsoring organization and/or previous institutions he/she worked with.
Two (2) letters of character reference. The names placed under REFERENCES in the ASI Form 6 should be the persons who will write the character reference addressed to: DR. MINA M. RAMIREZ, President, Asian Social Institute, 1518 Leon Guinto Street, Malate, Manila, Philippine.
