Process

1. Accomplish and submit scholarship application form to be approved by the Registrar
2. Claim approved scholarship for official enrollment
3. Renewal of SK scholarship subject to the following requirements:
a. Certification from the LGU every semester b. Barangay clearance
c. Completion of thirty six (36) hour- service requirements per semester
d. No failing grade/dropped subject
e. Active member of any accredited student organization
