Academy of Pastry & Bakery Arts is an International group of Pastry Schools with campuses in Malaysia, India, and the Philippines. The Philippine campus, established in 2015, is a premier institute, with an International Campus. It has more than 15 Kitchens, Demonstration Kitchen, Lecture rooms, Library and student’s Lounge.
Academy of Pastry and Bakery Arts offers basic certificate, diploma, and advanced diploma programs on breads, chocolates & pralines, and wedding cakes. The Academy also offers its students a rare opportunity to learn the art of pastry in an intimate setting, being personally mentored by masters in their field.
The Academy offers a world class Pastry Program through a team of International Pastry chefs as our faculty members. Programs are 'hands-on' and recognized and respected all over the world. The programs can be full-time, part-time and short-term intensive pastry and bakery programs that can match the applicant’s level of need, interest, and budget. The programs are also approximately 40 % less costly than any of the pastry schools in Europe or the US.
