The ACLC known as AMA College Learning Center was established and founded by Dr. Amable R. Aguiluz V in 1980. It is a member of the AMA Education System which manages several other higher learning institutions. The school started with 13 computers for 13 students in Mandaluyong and after a year it became an Institution of Computer Study in Quezon City. Guided by the founder’s vision of setting a premier source of manpower through computer education, the school became one of the number one leading computer institutions in the country.

At present, ACLC offers Senior High School Programs in academic, technical vocational livelihood (TVL), sports, and arts and design tracks. Its college department offers bachelor’s degree courses in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Business Administration, Accountancy, Entrepreneurship, Accounting Technology, and Real Estate Management. The school also has associate programs and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) accredited short courses.
