    General Qualifications for Applicants (Local and Foreign)

    • Must have a four-year Bachelor's degree in Science or in the Arts
    • Eligibility for National Medical Admission Test (NMAT)
    • Transcript of Records (TOR)
    • Diploma/Certificate of Graduation (COG)
    • Application and Processing Fees
    • Certificate of Eligibility from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
    • National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) Result
    Additional Requirements for Foreign Students
    • Copy of Passport
    • Copy of Tourist Visa (for conversion to student visa)/ Copy of Student Visa (if available)
    • Copy of Bureau of Quarantine Stamp in Passport
    1. Accomplish the Application for Admission Form at the AMASOM Office.
    2. Undergo interview with the AMASOM Dean and/or College Secretary.
    3. Submit the admission requirements.
    4. Go to the Accounting Section for the assessment of fees (Note: Fees are different for Foreign applicants).
    5. Proceed to the Cashier for the payment of school fees.
