Apayao State College (ASC), formerly known as the Apayao Institute of Science and Technology (AIST), is a public educational institution located in Apayao. It has two campuses in the province: Conner (main campus) and Luna (extension). In 1998, AIST was converted into a chartered institution known as the Apayao State College through Republic Act 8563.
ASC - Luna offers Department of Education (DepEd) recognized undergraduate programs in the fields of Agriculture, Forestry, Business Administration, Information Technology, and Education.
Since its establishment, the Apayao State College continues to enhance the skills and knowledge of its students through quality education that gives emphasis on research and development. The school has also been active in promoting biodiversity conservation and producing well-rounded graduates that contribute to the progress of the province and the entire country.
