  • Graduate School

    Requirements

    • Updated resumé
    • Accomplished APC Application Form
    • Personal essay (instructions indicated in the Application Form)
    • Recommendation Letters
    • Transcript of Record (certified true copy)
    • Photocopy of Birth or Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
    • Certificate of Honorable Dismissal (original)
    • Photocopy of College Diploma
    • Two (2) 2″x2″ colored photo
    • Admission Fee of P500.00
    Procedures
    1. Submit application form, recommendation form; and other required documents.
    2. Pay admission fee.
    3. Take the admission exam.
    4. Attend student interview and subject counseling
    5. Register subjects
    6. Assess subjects and pay tuition
    7. Confirm registration
    8. Secure ID and email account

  • Senior High School

    Procedures

    1. Secure an Application Form from:
    • the APC website;
    • APC Admissions Office; or,
    • through the Admissions Counsellor during a school visit.
    Submit Application Form:
    • Online;
    • directly to APC; or,
    • through its representative during a school visit.
    1. Submit the following documents with the Application Form to the APC Admissions Office:
    • 1 copy of 2 x 2 colored ID photo
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
    • Original Copy of High School Report Card
    • Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
    For ALS Graduates, submit the following documents with the Application Form to the APC Admissions Office:
    • 1 copy of 2 x 2 colored ID photo
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
    • Original Copy of Accreditation & Equivalency Test Rating
    • Original Copy of Certification from the ALS supervisor
    • Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
    For online applicants, bring the same documents listed above on the day of the exam.

  • Second Undergraduate Degree Student

    Requirements

    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • Transcript of Records
    • Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credential
    • Course Description for Accreditation
    • Certified True Copy of College Diploma
    • Two (2) 2″x2″ colored photo
    • Examination Fee: ₱500.00
    Procedures
    1. Secure an Application Form from:
    • the APC website;
    • APC Admissions Office; or,
    • through the Admissions Counsellor during a school visit.
     
    Submit Application Form:
    • online;
    • directly to APC; or,
    • through its representative during a school visit.
    1. Submit the Asia Pacific College Aptitude Test (APCAT) Application Requirements.
    • Confirm schedule of APCAT through the Admissions Counselor,
    • For online applicants, bring 1 copy of 2 x 2 colored ID photo on the day of the exam.
    1. Take the APC Admission Test:
    • at APC (including walk-in applicants); or
    • On-site during school visits.
    1. Wait for the APCAT result within three (3) days:
    • by email
    • call from the APC Admissions Counselor; or
    • SMS

  • Undergraduate Filipino Student from a Foreign School

    Requirements

    • High School Transcript of Records
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
    • Photocopy of Passport
    • Two (2) 2″x2″ colored photo
    • Examination Fee: ₱200.00
    • Authenticated by the Philippine Embassy in the applicant’s country of origin.
    • All the documents must be written/translated into English.
    Procedures
    1. Secure an Application Form from:
    • the APC website;
    • APC Admissions Office; or,
    • through the Admissions Counsellor during a school visit.
     Submit Application Form:
    • online;
    • directly to APC; or,
    • through its representative during a school visit.
    1. Submit the Asia Pacific College Aptitude Test (APCAT) Application Requirements.
    • Confirm schedule of APCAT through the Admissions Counselor,
    • For online applicants, bring 1 copy of 2 x 2 colored ID photo on the day of the exam.
    1. Take the APC Admission Test:
    • at APC (including walk-in applicants); or
    • On-site during school visits.
    1. Wait for the APCAT result within three (3) days:

  • Undergraduate Transferee

    Requirements

    • Transcript of Records or Certified True Copy of Grades
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credential
    • Course Description for Accreditation
    • Two (2) 2″x2″ colored photo
    • Examination Fee: ₱500.00
    • Note: Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 80%. APC allows only one (1) failure in any subject for each semester/trimester, and a maximum of four (4) failures throughout the applicant’s stay in the previous school.
