Baao Community College (BCC) is a non-sectarian institution established in 2000 by former Governor Luis R. Villafuerte of
Baao, Camarines Sur. It is one of the local colleges in Bicol that was granted the
Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA), giving students to enjoy higher education without having to pay their tuition fees. The school currently offers undergraduate degrees in
Elementary and Secondary Education and an associate degree in
Computer Technology.
