Bantayan National High School (BNHS) is a public secondary school founded on June 18, 2002 duly recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd) that provides quality education among students in the municipality San Roque, Northern Samar. 

BNHS accomodates Junior High School and Senior High School. It offers Academic track such as Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) strand, Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) strand as well Technical-Vocational Livelihood (TVL) track specializes in Agri-fishery strand, Home Economics (HE) strand, Industrial Arts strand (IA) and Information and Communication for its senior high school program.
