    Requirements

    Senior High School Programs

    • Accomplished BIS Student Application Form
    • Accomplished BIS Health Form
    • Copy of original birth certificate (with English translation if the document is in another language)
    • Photos (4 pcs. 1x1 size and 3 pcs. 2x2 size pictures)

    Transferees
    • All of the requirements for new students
    • Certified true copy of academic records showing grades for at least the past 2 years (if written in another language, an English translation must be included)
    • Sealed recommendation (narrative/letter format) of the Guidance Counselor or Homeroom Adviser from the previous school
    • Certificate of Good Moral
    • Psycho-educational Assessments (if applicable, from the first to the most recent)
    • Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Certificate

    Foreign students
    • All of the requirements for new and transferring students
    • Photocopy of passport and visa
    • Photocopy of ACR I-card
    • Photocopy of parents’ passport (if living with parents)
    • Notarized affidavit of guardianship (if living with a legal guardian)

    Procedures
    1. Submit requirements to the Admission officer for evaluation
    2. Proceed to the treasurer to secure an admission kit and testing permit. (A minimal fee of P1,500.00 for preschool application and P2,500.00 for grade school, high school and senior high school application will be charged.)
    3. Take the BIS Entrance Assessment.
    4. Wait for notice of admission status.
    5. Sign the admissions agreement and settle the reservation fee or full amount of school fees.
    6. Fill out the information for the Fetcher's ID or register with the accredited school service
    7. Get the sets of school's regular and PE uniforms
    8. Have your ID photo taken by the Admissions Officer

    Note: Failure to submit, or non-disclosure of psycho-educational assessment during the enrollment process may result to termination of school services.
    * Step 6 is subject to the availability of school service personnel, available supplies of uniforms, and the ID printing facility.


    DISCOUNTS
    • Early Bird Discount1: 10% discount from the total school fees
    • Sibling Discount: Php 10,000 less from the total school fees of the younger sibling
    • Full Payment Discount2: Php 5,000 less from the total school fees if paid in full
    • Partner Community Discount: 10% discount from the total school fees
    Note1: Applicants availing of the Early Bird Discount may secure a slot with a higher reservation fee to keep the discount valid until the date of the first settlement.
    Note2: Full Payment Discount is not applicable to students with prorated fees.


    SLOT RESERVATION FEES

    with Early Bird Discount: Php 30,000.00
    without Early Bird Discount: Php 15,000.00

    Note1: Applicants availing of the Early Bird Discount may secure a slot with a higher reservation fee to keep the discount valid until the date of the first settlement.
    Note2: The reservation fee is non-refundable but is deductible from the school fees.


    PAYMENT TERMS

    1. It is understood that a student typically enrolls for the entire school year, and all fees for the entire year are due upon enrollment unless other arrangement are made upon enrollment and agreed to in writing by the parent and Headmaster.

    2. Fees will not be pro-rated for part of trimester, regardless of the number of days attended.

    3. Tuition is NON REFUNDABLE except in the following cases:
    a. The parents are transferred out of the region during the school year.
    b. The student suffers an illness that requires protracted confinement and leaves the Philippines to obtain medical assistance

    4. Reservation, Miscellaneous and Application Fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

    5. Applications for discount for returning students will be considered if there is proven evidence of financial need and must be agreed in writing between the Parent and Headmaster. However, under no circumstances will discounts be granted for Miscellaneous and Reservation Fees.

    6. Refund Policy: Tuition Fee ONLY, Miscellaneous Fee is NON REFUNDABLE
    Refund request received by:
    August 1, 2018 - 100%     
    August 7, 2018 - 75%
    August 14, 2018 - 50%
    August 21, 2018 - 25%

    All other fees are due and payable on or before August 1, 2018, or upon enrollment, whichever comes first.

    7. Due Dates for Tuition paid in installments on or before:
    Semi-annual: November 1, 2018
    Trimestral: November 1, 2018 and February 1, 2019
    Monthly: July 1, 2018, August 1, 2018, September 1, 2018, October 1, 2018, November 1, 2018
    December 1, 2018, January 1, 2019, February 1, 2019, March 1, 2019, April 1, 2019

    8. Charge for late payments: A penalty assessment of 10% per month will be billed on fees not paid within due date.
