Bulacan State University - Meneses (BulSU - Meneses) is a public external campus in
Bulakan, Bulacan. It is one of the four (4) external campuses of
Bulacan State University, founded in 1904. Initially, the campus started as Bulacan Trade School which was founded in 1904 by the virtue of a legislative act passed by the Philippine Commission in 1901.
Presently, the Meneses campus offers undergraduate degree programs in
Secondary Education, Industrial Technology, Hotel and Restaurant Management, and
Information Technology. All of its programs, as well as the institution itself, is duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
