Carcar City College (CCC) is a public, non-sectarian educational institution in
Carcar City, Cebu. The college was founded in 2010 by Mayor Nicepuro Apura who wanted to provide the city residents more access to quality yet affordable education. At present, CCC has undergraduate degree courses in
Agriculture, English, Public Administration, Office Administration, and
Criminology. These programs are also offered with
full tuition subsidy as Carcar City College has been included in the list of local colleges covered by the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act in 2018.
