Central Luzon Doctor’s Hospital Educational Institution is a non-sectarian higher education institution located in Tarlac City. It was founded by a group of physicians headed by Dr. Constante D. Quirino, Sr. in 1976, offering a three-year Graduate Nurse (GN) course followed by the two-year BSN Supplemental Course. Since its establishment, the school continued to expand its programs, adding other allied health degrees like Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT), Associate in Radiologic Technology, Associate in Pulmonary Therapy, Midwifery, Medical Secretarial, and Nursing Aide (now Health Care Services NC II).

At present, Central Luzon Doctor’s Hospital Educational Institution is home to students who are taking bachelor’s degrees in various fields such as Business Administration, Medical Technology, Midwifery, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology, and Respiratory Therapy which are all recognized by the Commission on Higher Education.
