Centro Colegio de Tarlac was founded in 2003 by Erlinda D. Tiglao. It was initially named as the Twin Hearts School of Practical Nursing. Five years later, it began to offer more undergraduate programs and changed its name to ​​​​​​​Centro Colegio de Tarlac.

Aside from its nursing program, it also offers hotel and restaurant management, and criminology. It also offers Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) programs in health care services, pharmacy services, commercial coking, food and beverage services, bread and pastry production, houekeeping services, and wellness massage.
