  • For a student with disability, allowance for expenses related to the student's disability
  • For a student in a program requiring professional license of certification, the one-time cost of obtaining the first professional credentials or qualifications

  • The National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP), Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP), Department of Agriculture (DA) and other government agencies that provide need-based StuFAPs to disadvantaged groups will work with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to develop an expanded Listahanan
