Requirements


ADMISSION PROCEDURES
  1. Secure and complete the application form available at the CIIT office and website, and prepare the amount for the entrance exam. You may also call us at +632 411-1196 for any inquiries regarding discounts.
  2. Pay the entrance exam fee of P300 for Arts Program and P500 for Technology Programs; and take the entrance examination which schedules are as follows:
         Tuesday to Saturday
          First Batch: 10AM to 2PM
          Second Batch: 2PM to 4PM
          Note. Applicants should come an hour before the scheduled exam.

      3. Get the result of the Entrance Exam. If you passed the test, our Admissions Officer will contact you and give you an acceptance letter together with the enrollment procedures.
      4. Reserve a slot for enrollment and pay the reservation fee. CIIT will then deduct it from your tuition cost upon enrollment.
      5. Prepare the following requirements:


  Senior High School (K-12)
  • CIIT Examination Result
  • Certificate of Junior High School Completion
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Form 138 (Report Card)
  • Form 137 (Secondary Student’s Permanent Record)
  • National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) Certificate
  • NSO Birth Certificate
  • 4pcs. 1×1 ID picture (white background)
  • Medical Exam (Referral form from partner clinic will be provided before enrollment)

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES


Freshmen
  1. Interview with Academics: Academics to advise applicants on the course and subjects to be taken and to release enrollment form after giving advice.
  2. Submission of Admission Requirements: Proceed to the School Nurse for a brief medical exam orientation and proceed to registrar’s office for verification and submission of admission documents.
  3. Registration: Proceed to the Registrar for Registration and Assessment.
  4. Payment: Settle the amount shown on the Assessment Form.
  5. Get Schedule: Registrar issues and prints the registration form with final schedule and cashier issues original receipt.

College Transferees
  1. Crediting: Accomplish the Credit transfer Form with the assistance of our Admissions Officers.
  2. Interview with Academics: Academics assesses the subjects to be credited, provide advice on the course and subjects to be enrolled, assist in selecting class schedule and release enrollment form.
  3. Submission of Admission Requirements: Proceed to the School Nurse for a brief medical exam orientation and proceed to the Registrar’s office for verification and submission of admission documents.
  4. Registration: Proceed to the Registrar for Registration and Assessment.
  5. Payment: Settle the amount shown on the Assessment Form.
  6. Get Schedule: Registrar issues and prints the registration form with final schedule and cashier issues original receipt.

Current Students
  1. Enrollment Materials: Proceed to SFS to get Enrollment Clearance.
  2. Interview with Academics: Academics provides advice on subjects to be enrolled and issues the enrollment form.
  3. Get Schedule: Select class schedules in Lab1.
  4. Registration: Proceed to the Registrar for Registration and Assessment.
  5. Payment: Registrar issues and prints the registration form with final schedule and cashier issues original receipt.

Specialist Classes
  1. Fill our registration form. Visit CIIT to personally enroll for the program.
  2. Downpayment of P8,000 to P10,000 is required upon registration.
  3. You can either pay in cash to avail of the discount or installment payable every 15th and 30th of the month.
  4. You will receive an e-mail or a text reminder one week before the start of the class.

CIIT SHS Students continuing to College
  1. Registration: Complete the application form to be distributed by the SHS registrar and submit to the College Registrar in the 3F Interweave Building. The application form is also available in the College Registrar’s Office.
  2. Enrollment: The college registrar will provide the necessary subjects for enrollment.
  3. Payment and Schedule: Thereafter, students will be given an assessment form with their schedule and amount to be paid.

Legend:

Interview with Academics – The Department Heads will ensure that students take the required subjects based on their course curriculum.
Crediting – Students who want to credit subjects taken from their previous colleges may do so during this step.
Registration – The Registrar’s Office will record all the subjects you will take for the next trimester and update your Student Records.
Assessment – This gives you the trimester’s total amount to be paid for..
Payment – Every student must settle at least 40% per trimester to be officially enrolled. Payment options are available through our website under the FAQ section.

CIIT (also known as CIIT Philippines), is a private, non-sectarian educational institution located in Quezon City. It was founded in 2008 by Niel Dagondon, a serial technopreneur whose ventures include the first game development company in the Philippines,  Anino Games, and Edtech start-up, Edusuite. CIIT was created to bridge the divide between Industry and Education, by providing graduates with industry-ready skills they could use in their careers. Courses are aligned with industry standards and undergo regular review both by company partners and industry based specialization subject instructors.

CIIT offers a multitude of programs for different age groups and skills levels that are sought out by many industries today. Multimedia Arts, Animation, Computer Science, and Entertainment Multimedia Computing degrees are being offered in College. Supported by an aligned Senior High School (SHS) program that has Media & Visual Arts, Animation, and ICT strands. Short courses on 3D Animation, Web Design and Development, Game Development, and Digital Marketing are some of the modules that are also available especially for those who want to upskill.
