City College of Naga, formerly Camarines Sur Community College, is identified as an alternative higher educational institution (HEI), known for its midwifery program and other free vocational courses for disadvantaged students of Naga City. Since its foundation in 1971, the CCN acknowledges the importance and potential of the youth and sets itself as a way for quality education for the economically disadvantaged.
Currently, City College of Naga has a Midwifery program where students can get a Diploma for two years and a Bachelor's Degree after four years. The school also has TESDA accredited courses in Automotive Serving, Butchering/Slaughtering Operations, and Emergency Medical Servces
