Requirements (For Both Filipino and Foreign Applicants)
- Digital image of applicant’s most recent 1x1 picture in color (with white background) to be uploaded on the application form
- 1 Recommendation Letter from either class adviser, teacher, or guidance counselor (for SK to G2 applicants)
- 2 Recommendation Letters from class adviser or teacher and guidance counselor (for G3 to G11 applicants)
- School representative from current school will have to scan and send accomplished and digitally signed LOR to: admissions@csa.edu.ph (EXAMPLE: subject: LOR of JUAN DELA CRUZ Grade 2 applicant)
If the applicant is a
Filipino Citizen
- Scanned copy of applicant’s birth certificate (PSA Copy)
- Scanned copy of the applicant’s report card with latest rating and applicant’s Learner’s Reference Number (LRN)/progress report/certificate of enrolment of SY 2020-2021 (for evaluation purposes)
If
Foreign Applicant
- Scanned copy of applicant’s birth certificate issued by the Office of the Civil Registry from the country of birth with the official English translation
- Scanned copy of the applicant’s report card with latest rating/Transcript of Record from K to the most recent grade level with official English translation and authenticated by local embassy
- Scanned copy of the applicant’s Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and Special Study Permit issued by the Bureau of Immigration
- Scanned copy of the applicant’s Valid passport with a valid visa must be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consular Officials of the Department of Foreign Affairs at the place of issuance or nearest to it, with English translation. (For applicants with dual citizenship or Filipino citizen born outside the Philippines, Scanned copy of the Philippine passport OR Certificate of Registration as a Filipino Citizen)
- If the applicant is currently enrolled in a school outside the Philippines, prepare a scanned copy of the certificate of enrollment
Pre-Admissions Process
- Pre-Application
- To signify interest, you need to fill-out the Student Pre-Admission Form (SAAF) by clicking the link in the admissions portal of the CSA website (https://csa.edu.ph)
- Click SUBMIT and proceed to STEP 2
- Filling-out of Application Form
- Download the excel file that will be sent to the email address you have indicated in Step 1
- Click the link to download the excel file
- Open the downloaded excel file and click enable editing
- To upload photo, right click and choose from your file (1x1 recent photo with white background)
- SAVE EXCEL FILE AS IS (do not change the file name)
- To submit, click the E-SAAF SUBMISSIONS LINK and proceed to Step 3
- Uploading of Documents
- Input your email address indicated in Step 1
- Upload scanned documents one by one (as indicated/applicable)
- Click Submit once done
- Wait for verification from the OFAD Team (it may take 2-3 working days)
- Online Payment of Admissions Fee
- Pay the admissions fee (Php 800.00) using CSA’s online payment facility: GCASH, BPI, Metrobank and PNB. Details will be sent to your email
- Scan and upload proof of payment. Kindly indicate applicant’s full name and grade level
- Wait for payment confirmation
- Assessment/Screening
- All applicants will undergo screening; but only G1-11 applicants will undergo online assessments. Parents of ECE (N-JK-SK) Applicants will have to answer the Behavior checklist. Details instructions will be sent to your email address.
- For Foreign Applicants, an initial interview will be conducted via Google Meet. Link to be shared via email
- Rescheduling of interview is allowed only once.
- An E-Questionnaire for Parents and G7-11 applicants is part of screening. Details of this will be sent to your email address
- Details of this will be sent to your email address
- The Official Letter of Recommendation (LOR) will be sent to your email address to be accomplished by the previous school personnel of your preference
- After deliberation of online assessment results and other credentials, admissions status will be sent to your email address (wait for 2-3 working days)
- Status Verification
- Applicant will be notified of the Admissions Status on three tier: Accepted, Conditional, Not Accepted
- If Accepted or Conditional, applicant will proceed to Post-Admissions process
- If Not Accepted, end of admissions
