Concord Technical Institute (CTI), Inc. is a private, non-sectarian maritime school in
San Nicolas, Cebu City. It was founded in 1956, making it
the oldest maritime school in Cebu. CTI is at present a partner school of the
Univerity of San Jose–Recoletos (USJR). Students develop to become well-rounded individuals; the school makes sure to impart its core values of
Makatao, Makadiyos, Makabansa, and Makakalikasan. The school also has various maritime equipment that helps facilitate and train students on their journey to becoming marine professionals.
The Institute currently offers degree programs in
Marine Transportation and in
Marine Engineering. It also has programs for Junior High School and Senior High School students. The SHS department has the
Academic Track and the
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Track available. Additionally, CTI offers a
Seafarers course that is authorized by
TESDA.
