Admission Procedures

Requirements

An applicant student must follow the registration procedure conducted within the school admission
  1. Submit birth certificate, report card, 2x2 picture and certification of good moral character from previous school to the Admissions Office.
  2. Accomplish the student's Application form.
  3. Proceed to the Principal's office for the oral interview by any member of the Screening Committee.
  4. Take the entrance examinations scheduled by the Admission Office.
  5. The passing applicant will be asked to accomplish the reservation form for the school year.

Enrollment Requirements (Senior High School)

Requirements

For regular Students
  • Must pass the written tests in English, and Math administered by the Guidance Office
  • Must have safisfactory grades in conduct
  • Must Submit Baptismal Certificate(if applicable)
  • Must submit the latest form 138 or certificate of completion
  • Must submit a certification of good moral character from the head of his/her previous school
Foreign Student
  • Must have original and photocopy of their Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
Students from Foreign School
  • Must bring Certificate of Eligibility from the DepEd

The following are initial requirements for college and up coming freshmen
  • form 138 from your previous High School (if already finished senior high school and not previously enrolled at any datamex branch)
  • Good Moral Certification(if already finished senior high school and not previously enrolled at any datamex branch)
  • Transcript of record or copy of grades for those whose finished their 2 year college at any datamex branch
For transfer Students
  • Transcript of record from their previous College/University
  • Certificate of Dismissal also from their previous College/Universtiy

Datamex College of St. Adelaine, Inc is a non-secretarian and stock educational institution founded in October 25, 1978 under trade the name of Datamex Computer School and was elavated to Datamex Computer College 1993.
