  • NSO-certified Birth Certificate (2 Photocopies)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original and 1 Photocopy)
  • Marriage Contract for married students
  • Police Clearance for male students only
  • 1 pc. 2x2 colored ID photo
  • Certification from the School Head for Honors Received (those with highest honors)

Application Procedures
  1. Present the requirements to the Registrar.
  2. Fill out the Application Form
  3. Pay the testing fee of Php 200.00 to the Accounting Office.
  4. Proceed to the Guidance Counselor's Office and present the testing fee receipt for the scheduling of the test. (Be at the testing venue 15 minutes before the scheduled testing time.)
  5. Get the test result from the Guidance Counselor's Office as scheduled.
  6. Present the test result to the Dean for an interview.
  7. Applicants who pass the admission test and interview are qualified for enrolment.

  • For Transferees (additional):
    • Report Card/ Form 138 with satisfactory deportment grades from the previous school (1 Original and 2 Photocopies)
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the previous school (1 Original and 1 Photocopy)

Application Procedures
  1. Present the required documents to the enrolment staff at the Registrar's Office.
  2. Fill out the Application Form
  3. Pay the testing fee of Php 200.00 to the Accounting Office.

De La Salle Andres Soriano Memorial College (DLSASMC) is a private school in Toledo, Cebu. It was established in 1965 on a 6.9-hectare land and was named after Andres Soriano Sr., a prominent Filipino businessman. Since then, the school has been under the supervision of the De La Salle Brothers; and, in 1995, it became a District Affiliate School.
