    Freshmen

    Requirements

    • Two (2) Benilde Recommendation Forms including one from the principal, assistant principal or discipline head and the counselor or homeroom adviser

    • Photocopy of National Statistics Office birth certificate

    Procedures
    1. Visit the Benilde Admissions Center to submit your requirements. A representative may do this step for you. Prepare the non-refundable admission processing fee of PhP600.00 (for Filipino citizens) and US$50 (Non-Filipino citizens).
    2. Upon submission of complete application requirements and payment of the application processing fee, you will be given a Benildean Entrance Examination (BEE) test permit.
    3. Take the Benildean Entrance Exam (BEE) on the specified date. Take note of the following BEE test-taking guidelines:
    Bring the following:
      • BEE Test Permit (No test permit, no exam)
      • Two (2) pencils
      • Jacket or sweater
      • Snacks for the 15-minute break
     
    • Examinees must be at the designated assembly area 15 minutes before exam time.
    • Latecomers will not be allowed to take the test. They are required to go to the Admissions Center for a new examination schedule in case other schedules are available.
    • Scratch papers will be provided. The use of calculator, dictionary, ruler, thesaurus and other aids are not allowed.

    • Certificate of Good Moral Character or Letter of Recommendation from the Principal or School Head of all schools attended
    • Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (for permanent residents only)
    • Certificate of Graduation and/or Diploma (for freshmen applicants only)
    • Secondary Scholastic Record with official school seal (for applicants who studied in Philippine schools only)
    • Two copies of original Transcript of Records authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post. If these records are written in a language other than English, complete and official English translations must be submitted together with the original records. The transcript should indicate all subjects taken and grades earned. The grading system should be clearly stated in the transcript.
    • For submission after acceptance to Benilde, photocopy of Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) results taken within 2 years from date of application (Present original for verification). This is NOT an admission requirement but is used for confirmation and enrollment purposes only.
      • Applicants born and raised in countries with English as one of its official languages.
      • Applicants who studied for 3 consecutive school years in the secondary and/or tertiary level, in an intermediate school or an English-speaking school. Applicants from English-speaking schools must submit a statement from their school that the institution uses English as a medium of instruction signed by the Registrar and affixed with the school seal.

    Note: The Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Credential is a requirement for enrollment of transferees who studied in Philippine schools.

If these records are written in a language other than English, complete and official English translations must be submitted together with the original records. The transcript should indicate all subjects taken and grades earned. The grading system should be clearly stated in the transcript.
    • Certificate of Graduation and/or Diploma

    For Transfer Applicants:

    • For high school graduates who have not entered college, follow the procedure for  freshman applicants. Submit a Certification of Employment (Further proof of employment may be required including the following: TIN Number, SSS or GSIS Number, and copy of the latest Income Tax Return) along with application requirements.
    • For applicants who have entered college, follow the procedure for transferee applicants. Submit a Certification of Employment (Further proof of employment may be required including the following: TIN Number, SSS or GSIS Number, and copy of the latest Income Tax Return) along with application requirements.


    For Self-employed Applicants
    • For high school graduates who have not entered college, follow the procedure for freshman applicants. Submit a Business Permit (Further proof of business be required including the following: TIN Number, SSS or GSIS Number, and copy of the latest Income Tax Return) along with application requirements.
    • For applicants who have entered college, follow the procedure for transferee applicants. Submit a Business Permit (Further proof of business may be required including the following: TIN Number, SSS or GSIS Number, and copy of the latest Income Tax Return) along with application requirements.


    Second Degree

    • Original copy of the National Statistics Office birth certificate
    • Updated Curriculum Vitae
