De La Salle Health Sciences Institute (DLSHSI) is a medical and health allied institution founded in 1979. Through its three major services division, it provides health education (Academics), health care (De La Salle University Medical Center), and research services (DLSHSI Angelo King Medical Research Center) as it pursues its commitment of "Nurturing Life".
DLSHI offers academic programs through its four colleges: Medicine, Rehabilitation Sciences, Medical Radiation Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Humanities and Sciences, and Medical Laboratory Science.

- DLSHI is a member of De La Salle Philippines (DLSP), a network of seventeen Lasallian schools in the country.
- DLSHI's College of Nursing graduates have consistenlty been some of the top performers in the Nurse Licensure Examinations.
- The Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) has granted Level 1 Accreditation to DLSHI's Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology.
