The program is designed for students to achieve a challenging yet rewarding and interesting career in hospitality, food, and lodging in particular. The program develops students' capability as future hoteliers and restaurateurs responsive to the current trends of the industry. It inculcates among students the basic principles and theoretical knowledge that will help them in their analysis and understanding of the complexities of the hotel and restaurant business.
The program exposes the undergraduate to the realities of the workplace and offers extensive classroom education and opportunity for local and international exposure through educational tours and internship in the hospitality industry.
