What does Diaz College stand for?


Diaz College (DC) is a private school in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental. It was established in 1947 as the East Negros Institute and went on by this name until 1998.

At present, DC offers programs for in the secondary and tertiary levels. Its high school department is open for both Junior High School (JHS) and Senior High School (SHS) students. SHS students can choose among the GAS, ABM, STEM, HUMSS, and ICT strands. Its college department, on the other hand, has bachelor's degree programs in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Computer Science, and Business Administration. The school and these said programs are duly recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
