DMMC Institute of Health Sciences (DMMCIHS) is a private, higher educational institution in
Tanauan, Batangas. It is affiliated with the
Daniel O. Mercado Medical Center (DMMC) and was officially recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2003. The school started with health allied courses and eventually offered other programs, like Teacher Education and Business Administration.
Currently, the Institute provides bachelor's degree programs in
Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology, Psychology, Elementary and Secondary Education, and
Business Administration. DMMCIHS also has a high school program; and, its Senior High School (SHS) department, in particular, offers the
ABM, GAS, HUMSS, and
STEM strands. Additionally,
technical-vocational courses are also available, namely Biomedical Equipment Servicing and Caregiving. Both are authorized by
TESDA and lead to a
National Certificate (NC) after a student successfully undergo assessment.
