The B.S. in Information Technology (BSIT) program of study focuses on the acquisition of theory and technical competencies necessary in the design, implementation and evaluation of information systems for organizations. The course enables students to recognize problems that are amenable to computer solutions. It also covers the study of management and organizations, aiming to bridge the gap between specialists and decision makers in the preparation of decision support systems development. This degree program helps prepare students to pursue opportunities in software application design, data base design and management , data warehousing, research and development for programming application and computer networking.
