The MA in Education program establishes an individual’s understanding of educational theories, concepts, curriculum, and instructional techniques for them to further advance in their careers. The program also improves the teachers’ theoretical and technical knowledge when teaching a specific subject area or professional area. It also prepares students to take on administrative and supervisory positions in elementary, secondary, post-secondary, and vocational programs. In addition, the program gives importance to research and is designed to equip students with various tools, techniques, and methodologies for conducting, critiquing, and evaluating research in education.
