Requirements
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Form 138 (High School Report Card)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Two (2) copies of recent 2x2 picture

Additional Requirements (for Transferees)
  • Transcript of Records
  • Transfer Credentials
  • Self-Stamp short white envelope

Procedures
  1. Take the Entrance Examination and attend the scheduled interview with school officials. (Note: An additional Ishihara test is required for Maritime students)
  2. Proceed to the Clinic for Physical Exam
  3. Submit your requirements.
  4. Once done, accomplish the enrollment form.
  5. Go to the assigned adviser for advising.
  6. Accomplish Registration Form. (Note: Secure the signature of the Dean or Program Head on Registration Form)
  7. Proceed to the Accounting Office for the Assessment of Fees.
  8. Pay fees at the Cashier.
  9. Wait for the issuance of your class cards.
  10. Have your photo taken for the School ID.
  11. Proceed to the Office of Student Affairs and Community Services (OSACS) for ID Validation, Student Handbook and Date of Orientation.
  12. Go to the Center for Guidance & Socio-Civic Services for Inventory and Profile Test

  • Education Service Contracting (ESC) Certification of ESC Grantees
  • Qualified Voucher Recipient (QVR) Certificate (for non-ESC Grantees)
  • Form 137 with Learner Reference Number (LRN)
  • Three (3) Copies of 2x2 ID pictures

Procedures
  1. Submit your requirements (Note: Subject to screening).
  2. Take the assessment examination.
  3. Attend scheduled panel interview
  4. If qualified, accomplish enrollment form.
  5. Proceed to the Accounting Office for the Assessment of Fees.
  6. Pay School Fees at the Cashier.
  7. Apply for School ID
  8. Attend the scheduled orientation day.
  9. Participate in the Profile Testing process.

Dr. Carlos S. Lanting College (DCLC) is a private educational institution founded in 1984 by Dr. Romeo B. Casaul and his wife Dr. Ruby Lanting-Casaul. It has campuses situated in Novaliches, Quezon City and Tabaco City, Albay.

DCLC offers K-12 basic education as well as undergraduate and graduate degrees in various fields. The college’s senior high school (SHS) program currently has two tracks to offer to Grade 11 and 12 students----Academic and Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL). Students who intend to pursue their college education in DCLC can major in fields such as Radiologic Technology, Physical Therapy, Marine Engineering, and Psychology. Graduate programs in Nursing and Education are also available.
