Course Description

The BSBA Business Management program is a combination of two tracks of a business graduate – (1) to equip students the principles, leadership skills, and competencies needed corporate business and (2) to develop students to become entrepreneurs managing business effectively and efficiently. It covers all operations within the organization and related activities like procurement, logistics, quality control, project management and interpersonal skills.
At the end of the course, students are expected to develop a business plan which requires them to initially operate and also to experience working in a company through the Student Apprenticeship Program.
Ultimately, the program aims to develop students to become potential managers at the same time, enhance to become entrepreneurs.
The objectives of the program are:

  • Build students’ awareness and responsiveness to the world of business, equipped with the concepts, principles and theories of Business Management;
  • Enhance students’ capabilities, competencies and skills needed of an effective manager and entrepreneur;
  • Strengthen students’ moral, intellectual and ethical standards as a foundation of becoming a more responsible citizen for nation building;
  • Train students to become effective leader in the business industry.
