Fernandez College of Arts and Technology (FCAT) is a private school in Baliuag, Bulacan. Established in 1993, it began as a
technical skills school with about 250 students in San Rafael, Bulacan. A couple of years later, the school also put up a branch in
Baliuag, Bulacan. Currently, it has five campus locations:
: Gil Carlos, R.E. Chico, La Rosa, and two in
Pinagbarilan.
The college in
Gil Carlos offers programs from the primary to the tertiary level. Courses in the fields of
Education, Accountancy, Business Administration, Computer Science, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Criminology, and
Arts and Sciences are available to students who want to pursue their college education in the institution. In addition to these, the school also provides Senior High School programs with strands from the
Academic and
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) tracks. FCAT is an
Accredited TESDA Assessment Center, and it also provides different TVET courses every year.
