Submit to the Registrar Office the following requirements:
Accomplished Application Form;
2 pcs. 2x2 colored ID picture (white background);
2 pcs. (each) Photocopy of NSO Birth and Baptismal Certificates;
Certified True Copy of Report Card;
Certificate of Good Moral Character
Accomplished Recommendation Forms (Grade 4- Grade11)
Upon evaluation and approval of the submitted documents, settle the admission test fee of Php. 300.00 (non-refundable) to the school cashier.
Present the official receipt to the Registrar’s Office for scheduling of exams.
Once exams result is available, student-applicants and their parent(s) or guardian will be scheduled for an interview with the level coordinator.
Successful applicants will give enrollment forms and will be advised to pay the reservation fee.
Students are officially enrolled upon fulfillment of required initial payment depending on the chosen payment scheme.
Early Childhood Education Eligibility Nursery: 4 yrs. old (or will reach the age of 4 on or before October 31 in the same calendar year). Kinder: 5 yrs. old (or will reach the age of 5 on or before October 31 in the same calendar year). The applicant must pass the admission test and attend the entrance interview and orientation together with his/her parent(s) or guardian. Requirements
