Holy Cross College of Sasa, Inc. (HCCSI) is a private, higher educational institution in
Davao City. The school was founded by the
Quebec Foreign Mission Society (PME Fathers) in 1966. First named as the Holy Cross Academy of Sasa, the school was established to provide Catholic education to young students in Sasa and its neighboring areas. During the first two decades, the PME Fathers and the
Legionaries of Mary managed the academy; in 1982, the administration was turned over to the
Teresian Daughters of Mary (TDM). The college department first opened in 2006, and three years later the school earned its college status.
The school currently offers undergraduate courses in
Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Information Technology, and
Secondary Education. HCCS is also a
senior high-ready institution. Interested SHS students can choose between the
Academic track and the
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) track. Aside from these programs, the school also provides
tech-voc courses from TESDA, like Bookkeeping, Computer Systems Servicing, and Housekeeping.
