- 3 copies of 2x2 picture (Note: Must have a white background and a name tag)
- ESC Certification with E-SID (for Private JHS Completers only)
Procedures
- Submit admission/enrollment requirements
- Accomplish required forms and slips
- Go to the Cashier's Office to pay school fees and school uniform (Note: Bring enrolment form and assessment slip)
- Proceed to Room 101 (Abraham) for ID Picture Taking
- Bring Official Receipt on School Uniform for Uniform Measurement

- Go to the Cashier's Office for the payment of school fees

- Go to the Bookstore for purchasing of books and measurement of uniforms
