  • Certification of Grades/TOR (Transcript of Records)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Honorable Dismissal
  • 2 Photocopies of NSO Birth Certificate
  • 4 Pcs 2x2 Colored Pictures

Procedure
  1. Fill-up College Entrance Exam Application Form
  2. Pay P20.00 (testing fee) at accounting window 1.
  3. Proceed to testing room for examination.
  4. After the exam, wait for the results.
  5. Fill-up clearance form the proceed to ICCT Clinic for physical checkup.
  6. Submit Clearance Form with requirements (Incomplete document is accepted/ honored)
  7. Proceed to Registrar Window 1 and get tentative schedule/subjects.
  8. Proceed to Course Adviser (Degree/ Non-Degree) at the Gym for checking of schedule and subjects. (Bring tentative form & grade slip)
  9. Then Proceed to the following offices:
  • Library for School ID
  • Guidance Office for orientation schedule
  • Drug Testing Center

Institute of Creative Computer Technology, or better known as the ICCT Colleges, was established in 1994 to provide computer technology subjects to the people of Rizal. The system of schools has campuses in Cainta, Sumulong (Cainta), San Mateo, Cogeo, Antipolo, Taytay, Binangonan, and Angono.
