  • PSA or NSO issued Birth Certificate (photocopy)
  • PSA or NSO issued Marriage Certificate (photocopy) – for married applicants

  • Form 137A (Senior High School Transcript) or College Official Transcript of Records will be sent by the last school attended upon our request.
  • Foreign applicants must also present student visa in addition to the above requirements.

Ifugao State University - Lagawe (IFSU - Lagawe) is a public institution of higher learning located in Lagawe, Ifugao. The campus was formerly the Ifugao College of Arts and Trades before it was integrated into the IFSU university system in 1999. 

Under its watch, programs in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Teacher Education, Computer Studies, and Tourism and Hospitality Management are being offered. The Lagawe campus also has a graduate study program in Business Administration and a post-graduate diploma program in Teaching Education.
