The Iligan Medical Center College (IMCC) is a private, non-sectarian educational institution founded in 1975. It is located in Pala-o, Iligan City and is adjacent to its affiliate institution, the Iligan Medical Center Hospital.

IMCC offers preschool, grade school, and high school programs as well as tertiary level courses. Students who intend to pursue their studies in this institution can choose from both medical and non-medical courses. Medical programs available include baccalaureates in Nursing, Medical Technology, Midwifery and Radiologic Technology. Non-medical ones include Social Work, Information Technology, Business Administration, Education, Tourism, Criminology, and Hotel and Restaurant Management. .  

As for its senior high school program, students can pick from any of the four tracks---Academic, Sports, Arts and Design, and Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL). Other IMCC offerings are Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) courses such as Programming NC IV, Commercial Cooking NC II, Front Office Services NC II and 165 Hours Security Services NC II, ideal for students who want to enhance certain skills and earn a National Certificate (NC).  The school itself is also an accredited center of the said agency.
