Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College - Narvacan (ISPSC - Narvacan) is a public external campus in
Narvacan, Ilocos Sur. Founded in 1964 as the Narvacan School of Fisheries, the school later became part of the
Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College system as the College of Fisheries and Marine Science.
Currently identified as the
Provincial Institute of Fisheries, the Narvacan campus offers its flagship program in
Fisheries with various majors under its curriculum. Other academic programs include undergraduate and certificate degrees in
Secondary Education, Hospitality Management, and
Information Technology. The Narvacan campus is also a K-12 ready institution with academic strands in
STEM and
GAS, as well as a TVL strand in
Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
