Also one of the satellite campuses under the
ISPSC is the
Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College - Santiago (ISPSC - Santiago). The campus was formerly the Ilocos Sur Experimental Station and Pilot School of Cottage Industries (ISESPSCI) before it was integrated into the system as the
ISPSC's College of Engineering and Technology.
At present, the Santiago campus offers ladderized undergraduate programs and certificate courses in
Industrial Technology, Technical Teacher Education, and
Information Technology. In addition to tertiary programs, the Santiago campus also has a senior high school (SHS) program with
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) and
Academic strands.
