Requirements
- 4 pcs. 1x1 recent picture (colored/black and white)
- Birth Certificate with Registry Number and/or Updated Passport
- Photocopy of the latest grading period Report Card (Form 138) and conduct grades
- Testing Fee (Non-refundable)
- 800 Php for Filipino Citizens
- 1,000 Php for Foreign Citizens
Notes:
Must have an academic grade of 80% (Below 80% may be considered with parameters to be determined by the Principals.)
Deportment or Conduct grade should at least be B or 85%
Additional Requirements for Foreign Students:
- Endorsement letter from the Department of Education (DepEd)
Note:
Parents/Guardians of foreign students should seek for this at Planning Department, DepEd Division Office of Parañaque.
Applicants may also be required of the following:
- Original School Records
- Translation duly notarized
- Photocopy of Student’s Passport and Visa
Notes:
Bring the DepEd Endorsement Letter with the other records and the other admission requirements as stated.
All school records must be in Official English translation or Embassy Certificate
Procedures
- Go to Registrar’s Office/Administrations Office
- Pay at the Cashier’s Office
- Fill out the Enrollment Form
- Present the testing fee receipt
- Go to the Media Center for the issuance of textbooks and uniform.
Notes:
All data must be accomplished properly.
Only mother/father is allowed to accomplish and sign the enrollment form.
For guardians, a written authorization or Special Power of Attorney (SPA) is required
since students are minors.
