International Peace Leadership College (IPLC) is a private higher educational institution in Tanay, Rizal. It started operations in 2000 as the Unification Theological Seminary (UTS) – Asia and was initially located in Antipolo, Rizal. Six years later, the school was renamed into the International Peace Leadership College. 

The college currently has degree courses in Philosophy, Political Science, Secondary Education, Religious Education, Business Administration, and Entrepreneurship. Also available is a certificate program in Martial Arts and Peace Studies. Aside from higher education programs, IPLC also offers the Academic and the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) tracks for interested Senior High School (SHS) students. These said programs are duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Department of Education (DepEd).
