Laguna College of Business and Arts (LCBA) is a private and non-sectarian school in Calamba established in June 1930 by Don Pedro E. Llamas as the Laguna Institute (LI) catering 95 students in the first and second-year high school.

At present, the university offers programs in integrated basic education from elementary, junior high school and senior high school. Its college department offers different courses under its 6 schools: Engineering and Information technology Education, Arts and Sciences, Teacher Education, Business, Accountancy, and General Education. Aside from the undergraduate courses, LCBA also has a School of Graduate Studies that offers degrees in Master of Arts in Education, Master in Business Administration, Master in Public Administration, and Master of Science in Psychology.
