Larmen de Guia Memorial College (LGMC) is a private school in
Mandaue City, Cebu. It was founded in 2003 by Dr. Socorro Corazon L. de Guia, who named the school after her parents, Dr. Laurentino de Guia, Sr. and Carmen Lozada. LGMC is dedicated to training its students for global competitiveness through speech improvement, computer education, personalized education program (PEP), English as a Second Language (ESL) for non-English speakers. Students are also encouraged to participate in various co-curricular activities such as quiz bees, career orientations, sports festivals, and others.
LGMC currently offers programs from preschool through college. Its basic education department includes a Senior High School (SHS) program, providing interested students the
ABM and
HUMSS strands. For college-level students, the school has available CHED-recognized undergraduate degree courses in
English, Elementary Education, and
Secondary Education.
