The two-year Master of International Hospitality Management is your passport to great career opportunities. You will develop your knowledge and skills in service quality, human resource, financial and marketing management. You will also gain strong global perspectives on general management and leadership skills and engage in a six month hospitality industry experience.

While Le Cordon Bleu is the registered provider for this programme, it is delivered on our behalf by the University of South Australia. By combining Le Cordon Bleu’s prestigious international culinary education reputation with the University of South Australia’s excellent academic reputation, this master's programme represents a very high standard of qualification that meets contemporary industry needs.

Key Information

Duration: The Master of International Hospitality Management is delivered on a full-time basis over two years. The academic year comprises four terms of 11 weeks and includes six months' hospitality industry experience. Australian residents can undertake the programme part time over three years.
Tuition fees:AU$53,333 for international students. AU$46,168 for Australian students.
Age: 18.
English proficiency: 6.5 Academic IELTS with no band score below 6.0. 
Entry requirements: Undergraduate degree or four (4) years relevant business or hospitality experience and expertise at a management level.
