Lyceum of Subic Bay (LSB), formerly known as National College of Science and Technology (NCST), is a higher learning institution founded in 2003. Its campus is located in Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ), which is the former US Naval Base site.

LSB offers a wide variety of undergraduate programs, ranging from electronics engineering up to criminology. Other program offerings include courses on travel management, customs administration, computer engineering and business administration where a student can choose between two majors---financial management or human resource development management. There’s also a senior high school (SHS) program for Grades 11 and 12, which offers the academic track. Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) courses such as bartending, front office services and caregiving, which can lead to a National Certificate (NC), are also offered by the school.
