The Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts program (AB MMA) aims to provide a broad-based approach in the education of the theories, concepts, and applications of technology, especially digital media applications, in creating visual and audio media, designs, and special effects.
The curriculum for this top Multimedia Arts course prepares students to have a broader knowledge of MMA practices through creative imagination and innovation in the development of ideas involving all the elements of multimedia.
The program aims to teach artistic skills and techniques and develop ideas in the fields of Animation, Graphic Design, Illustration, Multimedia, Photography, Web Design, and Graphic Communications Technologies through the promotion of creative ideas and innovation in the mentioned fields. The program also aims to prepare students for entry-level work using applications that create top multimedia content for different delivery mediums, including internet, mobile devices, HDTV content, and other applications. Lastly, the program aims to teach students how to use computers in editing sound and video, creating 3D graphics, animation and digital artwork, designing and producing printed material and websites.

Multimedia Arts program has been in demand in the Philippines since the early years of 2000. More students are becoming interested with all the courses offered in the program especially with the use of technology in producing art.
Over the years, Lyceum of the Philippines, Laguna upgraded their multimedia laboratories and school facilities with very high-end equipment that students can use for their hands-on projects. The University also provides teachers who are best in their field with Masters Degree and have very good reputation in the creative industry. Most of the multimedia arts students who graduated in LPU, Laguna have been employed fast from big companies such as BPOs, Advertising Agencies, Production Houses and more.
It has been a practice that every year, Lyceum of the Philippines, Laguna hosts a Board of Advisers event to seek for guidance and advice from creative professionals to improve the University’s curriculum and other concerns related to Multimedia Arts. With University’s full support and quality control from equipment to trainings, it is considered to be the best multimedia school in the country.
